Are you leaving? We hope you had a pleasant stay. Before you leave, we would like to ask you to leave your chalet or bungalow broom clean and to wash all dishes. We would also like to ask you to melt the fridge and turn the heating/cooker to a low temperature before you leave. If you have rented bed linen, towels or kitchen towels, you can leave them in the corridor on departure. Make sure that you do not forget any valuables from your chalet or bungalow. We do not accept any responsibility for this.

We ask you to throw your own rubbish into the rubbish containers. You will find the containers in the park. Please chech the map of the park.

Of course you expect to find your accommodation to be clean and in working order. Please inform reception immediately, if anything is not up to standard. You can park one car at the parking lot next to your accommodation. We hope you have a pleasant stay at DroomPark Spaarnwoude!

On arrival you have received a barrier card. One car is allowed at the parking place of your accommodation, any other car has to be parked at the central parking at the entrance of the park. The barriers operate between 7 am and 12 pm. Car traffic after 12 pm is not allowed at the park. You can always, at any time, open the outgoing barrier with your barrier card. In forbade the child-friendliness of the park, we request you to drive slowly (10 km/h). We reserve the right to recover the pass when you drive too fast. 

You will find your bed linen in the accommodation, when mentiond on your booking confirmation. You can have your beds made for € 4,- per bed. Please inform reception in advance. You can rent extra bed linnen, towels and kitchen towels at the reception. 

Please mind the other guests when listening to the radio, watching TV or having conversations. Silence is requested at the park after 10 PM.

Dogs are welcome! However, dogs must be kept on a lead whilst in the park and should be exercised away from the park. Poop scoops are available free of charge at reception.

It is possible to withdraw a small amount of money at reception. The nearest ATM is located in Zwanenburg.

Visitors are welcome and free of charge. Visitors have to park their car at the central parking outside the park and are requested to check in at the reception. Visitors who do not check in will be spoken to by the park manager. Park guests are responsible for their visitors. 

In the environmental street you will find containers for household waste, glass and paper. When you enter the park you will find the environmental street behind the barrier on the right. You must deposit your household waste in closed waste bags in the compactor.

In the chalet there is one linen package per person on arrival, if stated on the booking confirmation. Additional packs are available at reception, please inquire for cost. It is possible to have the beds made in advance for a small fee.

A towel package is available at the reception for a small fee.

Barbecuing is permitted in the park provided that you use an electric or gas barbecue. If you have a coal barbecue, it is permitted if it stands on legs. We ask you to take your neighbors and your own safety into account. Open fire is forbidden. The barbecue may not be placed directly on the grass.

Incoming post can be picked up from the pigeon-holes in the launderette daily. It is also possible to rent your own letterbox (€5,- per month). Your newspaper will be kept at the reception or, if the reception is closed, be put in the pigeon-holes. If we receive a parcel, we will inform you by telephone or e-mail.

Just some minutes away in Station Halfweg – Zwanenburg. From this station you can travel to Amsterdam, Haarlem, Bloemendaal and Zandvoort. You can park your car for free. You can also take the bus to Amsterdam and IJmuiden. The bus stop is also located on the station. For further questions, you can contact the reception. 

If you have booked via the EuroParcs website or Guest Service, you can easily adjust your expected arrival time via your My EuroParcs account. EuroParcs Spaarnwoude colleagues will then e-mail you the check-in procedure (outside opening hours) on the day of arrival. If you have booked via another operator, you can change your expected time of arrival up to one day in advance. Please note! The booking must be paid in full.

Holiday park EuroParcs Spaarnwoude has charging points for electric cars, which are located on the general car park in front of the reception.

We have an indoor swimming pool that is open every day from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.*, and two other saunas that can be used for a fee. Payment can be made at reception, for which you will receive a card. Fitness is free for every guest to use, but a separate card must be collected from reception.

*Swimming lessons are held in the pool on Wednesdays and Fridays. Current opening hours are also listed on the website and posted on the pool door. Within certain times, the pool is partially or completely closed to guests.

It takes about 25 to 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam Central Station. Public transport takes about 30 minutes (see www.9292.nl).

We have a sandwich service at the park. Guests can order and pay for bread rolls online via the EuroParcs app or website or via a QR code located in reception. The rolls can be picked up at reception the next day at the chosen time (from 09:00). You can also buy bread rolls at reception without placing an order.
